Parkridge Chooses Leasing Agents
Parkridge has selected Jones Lang LaSalle and Cushman & Wakefield to act as exclusive leasing agents for its business centers in Poland. The company will locate its first two projects in Wroc³aw and £ód¼.

The Wroc³aw facility will be built in the Psie Pole district, on Bierutowska Street, close to national road no. 8. The park will include 10 warehouses with a total area of 44,000 sq m and two four-story office buildings with a total area of 21,000 sq m. Phase one of the project will begin soon.

The Parkridge Business Center in £ód¼ will include six warehouses with a total area of 18,690 sq m in the city's Widzew district.


Road Report
ProLogis, the world's biggest developer of distribution facilities, has published a report called Central and Eastern Europe's Logistics Infrastructure: Connecting the Dots. The report describes the ongoing political and economic changes in Central and Eastern Europe and efforts to develop a modern network of expressways and freeways capable of accommodating the region's growing truck traffic. The report also discusses CEE countries' road-building plans for the next decade.
