Quattro Business Park Starts to Lease Space
The sale of space in Quattro Business Park (QBP) in Cracow, one of the largest office complexes under construction in Poland, has started. QBP offers 48,000 sq m of space for lease. The opening of the first of the complex's four buildings is planned for the end of 2009. Commercialization is being handled by the lease department of the Buma Group, the main contractor for the project.

The construction of the complex of four 14-story office buildings began this summer. QBP will be home to various company headquarters, restaurants, medical clinics and a conference center for 200 people. The complex also has a courtyard and a parking space for 1,100 cars. Each building in the Quattro Business Park will have 12,000 sq m of space for lease.

Construction has been divided into four stages. The first building will be completed by December 2009, the second building and multi-level garage in October 2010. The other two buildings will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2011 and 2012.
