Sauer-Danfoss in Bielany Wroc³awskie
Sauer-Danfoss, one of the biggest manufacturers and suppliers of power hydraulics in the world, has leased 18,750 sq m of production and warehouse space as well as 2,154 sq m of office space at Panattoni Park Wroc³aw. This logistics center is located in Bielany Wroc³awskie, 11 km from downtown Wroc³aw. The A4 freeway intersects with expressway E67 not far from the park.

The total planned area of Panattoni Park Wroc³aw is 84,000 sq m. The buildings will be 10 meters tall and will have dust-free concrete floors with a load-carrying capacity of 5 T/sq m, loading stations with sealed ramps, a sprinkler system and round-the-clock security. The facility will include maneuvering yards and parking space for trucks and passenger cars.

Panattoni Marks Three Years in Poland
During its three years in Poland, developer Panattoni Europe has gained a 31-percent share of the market for leased modern warehouse space, the company says. In its three years of operation in Central Europe, Panattoni has completed or begun construction of 1.08 million sq m of warehouse and office space. The developer also signed seven of the 10 largest lease contracts involving warehouse space in Poland. The company's investment portfolio in Central and Eastern Europe is worth about 1 billion euros.

Panattoni Europe focuses on locations on main routes, in major conurbations and next to planned freeways. During the past three years it has built logistics centers near the largest conurbations of Silesia, Wielkopolska and central Poland.
