Flavor of Tbilisi
Tbilisi is a small restaurant just across the street from the Nowy Theater in Warsaw. The place deserves to be called a restaurant for its menu, though due to its size, the word "bar" would probably be more appropriate, as Tbilisi can only seat 15 people at four tables.
The restaurant serves genuine Georgian cuisine with its characteristic flavors of basil, tarragon, garlic and parsley. No matter if you like meat or are a vegetarian, Tbilisi is a good place to get lunch, which you can have inside or as take-away. You can order traditional Georgian dishes with Georgian-style coffee, georgian tea or the legendary Borjomi mineral water. The staff, including owner Zina Amashukeli, are Georgian.
If you like luxury and lavish decorations, Tbilisi might not necessarily be the place for you, but the ambiance and the food are unique here.
