Plaudits for DTZ

Real estate services company DTZ was named Best Real Estate Agency by the CEE Construction & Investment Journal at an awards ceremony in Warsaw Nov. 13.DTZ was singled out for praise for its "outstanding level of service and expertise" throughout 2008.

DTZ, which has been on the Polish real estate market for almost 15 years, offers its clients a wide range of advisory services which include office, retail, industrial and agency, property and asset management, investment advisory, valuations, project and building consultancy and consulting & research.

Alan Colquhoun, DTZ managing director for Poland & Central Europe, said, "I am extremely proud of our team's achievement. It's pleasing to know that the market recognizes our strengths and success. It's not about being the biggest, but continually striving to be the best for our clients. This is our second important award this year as our property management division was recently named a Transparent Company by Dun&Bradstreet."The CiJ awards were decided by an independent panel of judges made up of a cross-section of leading real estate professionals active on the Polish market.

The awards were given out in 11 categories: Best Real Estate Agency, Best Office Development, Best Residential Development, Developer of the Year, Best CEE Hotel Development, Best CEE Green Development, Best Warehouse/Logistics Development, Personality of the Year, CEE Investor of the Year, Best Shopping Center Development, and Best Overall Development.
