Polish developer Eco Classic has completed the first stage of its Hubertus residential development at the intersection of Obrzeżna and Bokserska streets in Warsaw, close to the Służewiec Horse Racetrack. In all, the project will comprise six stages.

Phase one delivered 176 apartments ranging from 46 to around 100 square meters in area and costing zl.8,100-10,500 per sq m. Each apartment has a balcony or a terrace.

Phase two will be ready in the spring of 2009 and phase three in March 2010. The entire project is scheduled for completion in 2011.

The development, which will occupy an area of nearly 4.5 hectares, will feature green patios and a 500-meter park promenade with leisure areas and playgrounds.

Eco Classic worked on the project with Studio BAU and the Fabiński, Gocłowski Architekci studio.

Eco Classic was founded 15 years ago as part of the Eco group, which was established in 1983. The developer specializes in the construction of residential estates, luxury apartment buildings, and modern office buildings.
