Aleksandra Joins Home Broker

Aleksandra Szarek has joined the PR and marketing department of real estate consulting company Home Broker as PR manager.

Apart from being the company's media representative, Szarek is responsible for compiling reports and analyses on the market for apartments and houses.

Previously Szarek was a real estate specialist at BRE Property Partner, a member of the BRE Bank group. She also spent three years working with Open Finance and Noble Bank, where she was a real estate consultant.

New Country Manager at QPG

Bartosz Puzdrowski has become the Country Manager for Poland at Quinlan Private Golub, a developer operating in Central and Eastern Europe.

In his new role, Puzdrowski will be in charge of the development of the company's Polish division and will manage Quinlan Private Golub's projects in Poland.

Puzdrowski has almost 15 years of experience in the real estate sector. For the previous two years, he was a project and real estate investment consultant at Opera Development and Property Development companies. Prior to that, Puzdrowski worked for more than seven years with ECE Projektmanagement Polska, where as development director he managed groups of employees carrying out commercial projects such as Galeria Łódzka in ŁódĽ, Nowe Miasto in Cracow, and Galeria Bałtycka in Gdańsk. He also worked at the real estate department of McDonald's Polska, where for four years he was in charge of the chain's development in western and southern Poland.

Puzdrowski graduated from the Philosophy Department of the University of Warsaw and did postgraduate studies at the university's management department. He also holds an MBA degree conferred jointly by the University of Warsaw and the University of Illinois.

New Vice-Chairwoman for Tebodin SAP-Projekt

Ewa ¦migielska has taken over as vice-chairwoman of consulting and engineering company Tebodin SAP-Projekt.

¦migielska started her professional career working for French construction company CBC. In 1995 she joined Polish engineering and project management company SAP-Projekt, which was subsequently acquired by Tebodin BV of the Netherlands in December 2005.

For the last 10 years ¦migielska has occupied various managerial posts, dealing with project management, construction management and internal quality control.

She graduated from the civil engineering department of the Warsaw University of Technology and completed postgraduate MBA studies at the University of Warsaw.

Tebodin SAP-Projekt is a leading consulting and engineering company in Poland that employs more than 400 engineers in Warsaw and in its branch offices in Cracow, Katowice, Wrocław, Poznań, ŁódĽ, Szczecin and Gdańsk.
