ProLogis Signs Up New Tenants

Leading warehouse developer ProLogis has entered into two agreements to lease some 22,000 sq m of warehouse space around Wroc³aw.

Industrial and consumer packaging producer Sonoco Poland-Packaging Services has rented 11,000 sq m of modern warehouse and office space in ProLogis Park Wroc³aw III, 7 kilometers southeast of the city center, near the Wroc³aw Strachowice international airport.

Polish footwear manufacturer NG2 has decided to rent 10,850 sq m in ProLogis Park Wroc³aw IV to use as a local distribution center. The center is 35 kilometers from downtown Wroc³aw, near the A4 freeway and 20 kilometers from the Bielański interchange.

ProLogis has four distribution parks with 14 buildings around Wroc³aw covering over 374,000 sq m.

Fiege at PointPark Mszczonów

German logistics company Fiege is renting 4,800 sq m of warehouse space at the PointPark Mszczonów logistics park near Warsaw. Fiege is the first tenant to sign up with Pinnacle Poland, which took over the facility, previously named Europa Park, in October last year.

PointPark Mszczonów is 45 kilometers from Warsaw along the E67 road and is one of the largest logistics parks in Central and Eastern Europe. The park covers 94,000 sq m of A-class space and has room for a further 200,000 sq m. Over 40 percent of the available space has been rented. PointPark Mszczonów has been managed by King Sturge since November 2008.

Fiege belongs to an international group of companies that provide logistics services to international consumer goods, household appliances, household chemicals, automotive and pharmaceutical companies.
