Spring Preview
Warsaw's Blue Cactus restaurant has brought in a selection of new dishes for March. The new special menu includes the following two soups: soup with leeks cooked in white wine and served with Roquefort cheese (zl.16), and consommé with slices of beef, sun dried tomatoes and coriander-caper pesto (zl.16).
You can also opt for the salad with arugula, pear cooked in red wine, Prosciutto di Parma, Parmigiano Reggiano and mustard vinaigrette (zl.28).
A good idea for the main course is the pork Saltimbocca with Parma ham served with potato gratin and bok-choy cooked in shallot butter (zl.42).
All the dishes will be available until the end of March.
