Poland is among the most attractive European locations for investment in the BPO (business process outsourcing) sector, according to a report entitled Onshore, Nearshore, Offshore: Unsure? by the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency, Jones Lang LaSalle and Grafton Recruitment.

In its analysis of Poland as a BPO location, the report assesses Poles' education and language skills, infrastructure, available investment incentives and the real estate market- factors that have the greatest impact on investors' decisions on where to locate their projects.

The situation on the Polish market for commercial premises this
year and next looks good for tenants, according to the report. Most office buildings in the main cities of Poland are built as A-class space, allowing for convenient interior design and offering large spaces suitable for service centers, for example. Rents start at 13 euros per sq m per month.
