A Piece of Scotland Near Warsaw

The Scottish Ranch is a new conference facility, situated barely 50 km from Warsaw. Not too big, it attracts patrons with its intimate club atmosphere and one of Poland's few herds of Highland Cattle grazing on nearby meadows.

"This is ecologically clean meat that has exceptional health properties and tastes great," says Marek Rozwora, who runs the Scottish Ranch together with his wife. "You can sample it for yourself at our restaurant. We also keep American Paint Horses for recreation."

The facility includes a reception room and a professionally-equipped conference room for 90, that can be expanded by linking the mezzanine with the clubroom. "We offer a bucolic setting combined with modern conference facilities, including a multimedia projector compatible with cameras, a PC, VCR and DVD player and a flip chart with a copy-to-paper option. We also provide professional simultaneous interpreting, complete with technical services," says Rozwora's wife, Anna Farin-Rozwora. "The hotel rooms are warm and welcoming and decorated in a rustic style, and our Japanese chef has worked in Michelin-recognized restaurants in Tokyo and Lyon. So food connoisseurs will know what to expect from us. "The Scottish Ranch is not only intended for business clients, however. Here, whole families can enjoy weekends close to nature, and other active options include horseback riding (including Western-style rides), horse carts, quads, stunt shows, angling and playing golf on the nearby course.
