The first owner has picked up the keys to his new home at the Mazury Residence estate in the heart of the Mazurian Lake District in northeastern Poland. Thanks to a private airfield the businessman will soon be able to land his jet at his own doorstep.

Construction of phase one of the Mazury Residence development is almost finished. The investor, Warsaw-based company Arna, is keeping to the deadlines and completed the first home according to schedule. The owner has not found any faults and is happy with the quality of the work.

Located on the shore of Lake Niegocin, 6 km from the town of Gi¿ycko, this complex of residences is the first Airpark&Marina type of development in Poland. It boasts a private airfield and two yacht marinas. These are not at all superfluous features, the investor says. Interest in this kind of service is growing steadily, as is the number of people who own private aircraft and yachts. A flight from Warsaw takes less than an hour, making the Mazury Residence estate an ideal getaway for anyone wanting to relax far from the city hubbub.

The first completed residence sits on a plot of over 5,000 square meters and has four bedrooms, a living room, a bathing room, two bathrooms and dressing rooms, a garage, and a conservatory. The residents’ safety is ensured by a monitoring system and integrated electronic security.

“I’m an aviator, always on the move, so I find this arrangement very satisfactory,” said the estate’s first home owner. “Mazuria is an excellent place for relaxing, not just for airplane enthusiasts and for yachting. I’m waiting impatiently for the tennis courts to be finished. I bought this place in Mazuria mainly for my family. You can live here all year round. It’s like a different world far away from the problems of the city.”

The developer is confident about the homes’ security and the quality of services offered to residents. “Security is discreet but effective,” says Arna’s president Janusz Zieniewicz. “A residence’s finishing is tailor-made to the client’s wishes. We focus on quality and are able to offer various materials. The common areas, roads and greenery are also of a high standard. We use advanced environment-friendly technology.”
