A topping-out ceremony for three office buildings in phase II of the Arkońska Business Park complex in the coastal city of Gdańsk was held April 24. Gdańsk-based company Torus is the investor.

Michał Ptaszyński, director for real estate at Torus, said, "In January we signed a lease contract for 2,300 sq m, and negotiations are at an advanced stage for the remaining space" in phase II buildings. "The first tenants will move into these buildings in December."
Phase II includes two six-story and one five-story building with 18,625 of leasable space in total. Phase I with nearly 11,250 sq m of leasable space was completed in 2007-2008.
Space lease is being handled by Jones Lang LaSalle.
