A complex of four connected A+ class office buildings called Eurocentrum is to be built on Warsaw's Jerozolimskie Avenue, close to Zawiszy Square and the Warszawa Zachodnia bus and rail station. Construction work is to begin at the end of the first quarter of 2010.

The 15-story Eurocentrum building, offering 70,000 sq m of space in total, is a project by the CP Realty II fund, part of the Warsaw-based Capital Park Group.
It will have a three-story underground garage for 611 cars, in addition to a parking lot for 158 cars above ground.
