The City Council of Bydgoszcz, Kujawy-Pomerania province, decided April 29 to establish a company that will build City Point, a mall for the city's Fordon district. The company, Kino-Centrum Fordon, is being set up in cooperation with the Warsaw-based TUP company.

The preliminary design envisages a two-story facility with around 12,000 sq m of usable space, with a parking lot and underground garage. It will offer 1,000 sq m of office space, a multiplex cinema, a multimedia store, a fitness club, restaurants and cafes as well as a variety of stores.
Construction is to start after project financing is completed and the company obtains urban planning and construction permits.
