The reserve price for the real estate is zl.9,540,000 (nine million, five hundred and forty thousand zlotys), which includes due value-added tax.

Real estate located within Półwieś, city of Opole, area 4.0417 ha.

Plot located next to national road DK 44, close to the KSSE special economic zone. The land is located in the Bieruń area and its total size is 14.9264 hectares.
