IKEA for £ód¼ by November
The opening of an IKEA store on Pabianicka Street in £ód¼ is planned for this November. August was the initial deadline by the investor, who now says the reason for the delay are problems with large amounts of water on the construction site. Difficulties with draining the land have slowed down work, at times even halting it completely.

The building's structure is ready and is now being enclosed with walls and a roof. Installation work will commence soon. IKEA is recruiting staff for the new facility according to plan.

Galeria Pomorska is a family-oriented shopping center on Fordoñska Street that opened in 2003. It is home to 100 stores, a Carrefour hypermarket and has free parking for 1,300 cars.
