Cristal Park is a three-floor A-class building with a total leasable area of 10,300 sq m. It was completed in April.

The investor, Yareal Polska Sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of Yareal International N.V., is an international company that operates on the European real estate market as part of the Yam Invest investment group.
