First Tenants for Adgar Plaza

The first tenants moved into building A of the Adgar Plaza office complex in Warsaw's Mokotów district in late July. They include the Public Procurement Office; Biuro Informacji Kredytowej (BIK); MAP Polska, a company owned by Antalis group, a distributor of visual
communication materials; and Euromaster, a company from the Michelin group.

Antalis also decided to move its headquarters to Adgar Plaza and leased an additional 1,518 sq m of office space. As of December, the company will occupy a total of 2,560 sq m.

Adgar Plaza, located on 17A Postępu St., comprises two buildings, A with 11,800 sq m and B with 12,700 sq m of commercial space.

Jones Lang LaSalle real estate services company is the exclusive agent seeking tenants for both buildings.
