Consumer goods producer Newell Rubbermaid Poland is moving into Panattoni Park Poznań II in Żerniki near the western city of Poznań.

Ninety-five percent of space at the park has now been rented out. The new tenant is moving into hall B to occupy 5,950 sq m of storage space and 150 sq m office space. Colliers International handled the lease negotiations.

Panattoni Park Poznań II is one of Panattoni's newer logistic centers. It is located in Żerniki, 13 km from Poznań, at the intersection of the A2 freeway and the S11 expressway. The center comprises three buildings with a total space of 88,000 sq m.
