Simon Dunbar is the new director of the project management department of CB Richard Ellis real estate services company in Poland.

Dunbar has more than 10 years of experience on the commercial real estate market. In 1999-2004, he worked for CB Richard Ellis in Britain, after which he moved to Australia to work as project manager at DTZ in Sydney. He managed projects worth a total of over zl.10 million. In 2007, Dunbar returned to the project management department of CB Richard Ellis and became involved in due diligence of important projects on behalf of both investors and owners of various properties, including office towers, hotels and industrial facilities in Britain and the EMEA region covering Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Dunbar graduated from the University of the West of England in 1998.
