New Tenants at Postępu Park
Global IT provider Novell will move into Postępu Park in Warsaw's Mokotów district in November to occupy 340 sq m of office space. Real estate services company King Sturge handled the lease transaction.

New tenants at Postępu Park also include cell phone producer HTC, which will rent 140 sq m of office space.

Postępu Park, at the intersection of Domaniewska and Postępu streets, was built by Echo Investment SA. The facility consists of four seven-story buildings with a combined 34,000 sq m of office space.

Green Offices at Cemex
Building materials producer Cemex is launching a "Green Office" campaign to encourage environmental awareness and persuade employees to change their habits.

The "Green Office" campaign aims to show staff that by doing a few simple things they can help the environment.

The campaign will be divided into three stages dealing with crucial issues in environmental protection such as paper, water and energy.

The first stage of the project is designed to make the work force aware of several simple rules to help reduce the use of paper. These include printing out documents only when hard copies are absolutely necessary, trying to print on both sides of paper sheets whenever possible, and using printed pages to take notes.

Employees are also being encouraged to use paper shredders as rarely as possible, replacing them with containers for old documents, newspapers and flyers.
