New Tenants at Agora Bytom Mall

The Agora Bytom shopping mall in the southern city of Bytom, Silesia province, gained two new tenants Sept. 9 - the Fantasy Park entertainment center and the Reserved clothing chain. The new tenants will occupy 2,340 sq m and 1,388 sq m of shopping space respectively.

In all, Agora Bytom will provide over 26,000 sq m of rentable space for around 120 stores and service outlets, a large-screen cinema, restaurants and cafes, a small performance room and office space.

The Cushman & Wakefield real estate services company is responsible for renting space out to tenants.

The construction of the mall started in October 2008 and is scheduled to end in November 2010. The estimated cost of the project is 90 million euros. The investor and developer is Braaten + Pedersen plus Partners and the general contractor is Erbud SA.
