Over 10,000 sq m of Poleczki Business Park Leased
Kone Sp. z o.o., a company operating on the market for elevators and escalators, has signed a lease for office space at the Poleczki Business Park. Kone will occupy 1,433 sq m. The tenants of the office complex on Poleczki Street in Warsaw include construction company Grupa Porr SA with 4,080 sq m. The first lease contract at Poleczki Business Park was signed by US Pharmacia.

The first stage in the construction of the business park, with office space totaling 38,000 sq m and 7,000 sq m for service outlets, will be completed in the first half of 2010. The project as a whole, with about 200,000 sq m in all, will be finished seven years later.

Permission for Park Postępu
Echo Investment's Park Postępu office project in Warsaw has been cleared for use. Park Postępu is a modern A-class office complex in Warsaw's Mokotów district, at the intersection of Postępu and Domaniewska streets, with total usable space of about 34,000 sq m. Part of the space on the ground floor has been designated as retail/service space. Tenants include Lux Med, Dent-a-Medical, Consumer Connection, Tavola, Dominata, Euro-apteka, Pekao Financial Services, Estée Lauder, Termoizolacja, Abbott Laboratories, HTC and Novell. The new building is also home to Echo Investment's Warsaw branch.
