Game On at Blue Cactus
The Blue Cactus restaurant has unveiled a new autumn menu and this time chef Ryszard Majewski recommends a range of game dishes. "We meet our guests' expectations," said Majewski. "In September, the autumn menu was all about forest mushrooms and now we have game."
The new specials include salad with deer tenderloin (zl.30), aromatic wild boar goulash with rosemary (zl.49), guinea fowl with grapes (zl.59) and deer tenderloin medallions (zl.65).
