The Mango restaurant at the Hilton Hotel is a new eatery in Warsaw that takes you on a culinary journey to Asia, where you can delight in the exotic tastes of Indonesian, Thai, Chinese and Japanese cuisine.

The restaurant's modern, minimalist and tasteful decor and its appetizing menu beckon those with a bent for Far Eastern treats. Thai cuisine is the main specialty. The chef hails from Thailand and the dishes she prepares are mouth watering. The food at the Mango is as beautifully served as it is delicious. The fruit and vegetables, fancifully cut in line with Thai tradition, lend style and character.

The Ceviche is a must try at the Mango. This is a seafood appetizer with vegetables in a lime marinade. The savory tuna rolls in wasabi sauce are recommended too, as is the beef sirloin steak in a piquant pepper sauce and the shrimps cooked in a wok and served with garlic sauce. Nor does the sushi, Japan's culinary showpiece, disappoint. Those of a gourmet bent will find the Indonesian dishes enticing. These include Mee (or Mi) goreng, dim sums and vegetable rolls. The wine menu boasts Japanese plum wine in addition to more familiar offerings.
