Houses in Wilanów
Rezydencje Wilanów, an estate of 18 detached, semi-detached and row houses located in Warsaw's district of Wilanów near the road from Warsaw to Konstancin, has been completed and is ready for owners to move in.

With their simple architectural style, the houses draw inspiration from pre-World War II modernism. The houses have been designed with large glazing areas, spacious living rooms of 50 sq m and conservatories.

The developer is offering houses 249 sq m to 390 sq m in size on plots ranging from 336 sq m to 600 sq m. The estate is fenced and provided with a surveillance system and security service. The lowest price for a house is zl.4,000 per square meter.

Dom Development Starting Major Housing Estate
Dom Development is about to start the construction and sale of apartments in its Saska Kępa housing estate, the largest project carried out to date by the developer. The estate on Bora-Komorowskiego Street in Warsaw will have 1,585 apartments in 11 buildings ranging from seven to 14 stories. The project will be carried out in three stages, with 470 apartments to be built in the first stage, 672 apartments in the second stage and 443 apartments in the third stage. There will also be 55 retail and service outlets in the estate with a total space of 4,561.5 sq m.

In the first stage, the floor space of the apartments will range from 38.2 sq m to 131.5 sq m and the prices range from zl.6,100 per square meter to zl.11,000 per square meter.

There is a natural pond close to the estate. The developer has promised to create a wood with natural undergrowth in the center of the estate by transplanting trees over 8 meters tall.

The cost of the project in current prices is estimated at more than zl.700 million while the cost of the first stage is around zl.150 million. The first stage is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2011.
The housing estate has been designed by Hermanowicz Rewski Architekci and the general contractor is Unibep SA.
