Further Expansion of Panattoni Park Łódź East
Panattoni Park Europe has started a new project in the central city of Łódź-the construction of the first part of a new warehouse building, its third in Panattoni Park Łódź East located on Zakładowa Street in the city's Olechów neighborhood. The first two buildings in the warehouse center, covering a total of 76,000 sq m, have been fully rented out. The first part of the third warehouse building will have 17,000 sq m. The building will then be expanded to 43,000 sq m. Ultimately, Panattoni Park Łódź East will be composed of five buildings with a total space exceeding 160,000 sq m.


Agents for ProLogis
Real estate services companies CB Richard Ellis and Colliers International have become the sole agents for ProLogis, a provider of distribution facilities, in the process of renting out its vacant warehouse space.

The contract with the agents applies to all of the vacant warehouse space in logistics parks owned by ProLogis in Poland. The parks with vacant space have been divided between the two agents by regions. CB Richard Ellis is responsible for renting out space in parks located in northern, central and western Poland, and two parks in Błonie, outside Warsaw. Colliers International is responsible for parks in the vicinity of Warsaw and in Upper and Lower Silesia.

ProLogis now has 3.7 million sq m of space in Poland in 25 distribution centers with 105 buildings.
