The construction of Concept Tower, a 15-story A-class office building developed by Concept Development, will soon begin at 87 Grzybowska Street in downtown Warsaw. It is the first project in Poland providing an opportunity for investors to buy office space in a building in the center of Warsaw.

The smallest office unit an investor can buy is around 90 sq m. The offices for sale are intended mainly for small and medium-sized businesses-for example law firms, businesses providing financial and insurance services, and those operating in the medical sector-that are looking for modern and prestigious office space in downtown Warsaw for their own use.

Construction work is to start in the fourth quarter of this year and the project is scheduled for completion within around 18 months.
