AIG Lincoln-the developer of Saski Point and the Saski Crescent project, which is in the last phase of completion-has new projects ready.
In the Powiśle district in Warsaw, on Fabryczna Street, the American developer plans to build Riverside Park - two six-story office buildings with 6,000 square meters of space each. They will be built next to the two existing office buildings, one of them being the headquarters of Amplico Life. The four buildings will form a complex of office buildings as if in a specially designed business park. The team of architects and the project were selected through a competition. The winning design was prepared by a company established by the British design studio-Aukett, and a Polish architects' studio-APA-Wojciechowski. The Polish architects play the leading role in the company.
The buildings are designed in such a way that the first of them may be created independently of the other one. Yet the two form an architectural whole. The buildings' form is subject to the principle of golden proportions. Each of the floors measuring 1,000 sq m can be divided into four independent parts with separate entrances from the elevator hall. The buildings' shape and fac, ades complement the surrounding buildings.
