Brunello Flats a Hit With Buyers

Around 30 percent of apartments in the Brunello building within the Holland Park residential complex in downtown Warsaw have been sold since sales began two months ago. Another 40 percent of the apartments have been reserved. The complex is near Trzech Krzyży Square in the center of Warsaw.

Holland Park comprises 59 luxury apartments, ranging from 83 to 180 sq m in space, in two buildings - Brunello and Oskar. At present, 21 apartments in the Brunello building are offered for sale. They range from 83 to 179 sq m in size. The sale of apartments in the Oskar building will start at the beginning of 2010.

The complex was built in 2000 by ING Real Estate. Its owner since 2006 has been real estate services firm Keen Property Partners.
