New Tenants at Factory Outlet Poznań

Underwear producer Calzedonia/Intimissimi, household appliance retailer Dajar Home & Garden, sports and tourist equipment manufacturer Bergson, and underwear retailer 6-zmysł will soon open their stores at Factory Outlet Poznań, a giant discount shopping center in the town of Luboń near Poznań, Wielkopolska province. The new tenants will occupy over 600 sq m in total.

Factory Outlet Poznań is almost 15,000 sq m in area and comprises 120 stores. Polish and foreign clothing can be bought there at prices up to 70 percent lower than in regular stores.

Spanish company Neinver is the investor and developer of Factory Outlet Poznań, while real estate services company Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for renting out the shopping space.
