A well-educated employee who speaks foreign languages and is enthusiastic about challenges is the dream of every employer. The AIESEC Global Professional Exchange Program makes it easier to find such employees.

AIESEC is the largest and oldest international student organization in the world. For over 30 years, it has provided Polish companies with qualified students and graduates from over 1,000 university-level schools in 107 countries. Every year, AIESEC organizes over 600 internships.

Most AIESEC interns are students and fresh graduates. In their native countries, they first need to go through a rigorous recruitment process that comprises a language test and verifies the applicant's experience and education. Those who are admitted to the AIESEC program are resourceful and enthusiastic people who enjoy challenges.

Companies seeking to hire a foreign intern are free to determine the type, date and duration of the internship and specify their requirements with regard to the intern's education and country of origin.
