New Flavors at Blue Cactus

Once a month, the Blue Cactus restaurant introduces a new special menu. Through the end of February, apart from the dishes listed on the main menu, guests can enjoy the latest winter specials. These include tender juicy goose (zl.49) and leg of lamb stewed with fresh rosemary, garlic, red wine and smoky prunes (zl.52). Chef Ryszard Majewski also has something to offer those who don't eat meat, for instance salmon with spinach pancakes (zl.44) or grilled camembert cheese served with a crispy baguette and a cranberry and pear salsa (zl.28). Aromatic and spicy seasonings come with all these dishes.
