The Cracow University of Economics Cracow Business School (KSB) has been running MBA courses since 1994. The challenges facing contemporary managers are no longer linked to narrow specializations in a given field and we therefore want to equip managers with solid and comprehensive information and skills that combine different areas in business and the corresponding fields of expertise.

The Executive MBA program, jointly run with the Stockholm University of Business since 1994, is the first such program in southern Poland. In a league table of MBA programs, it is categorized in the "master" class and is one of the 12 best MBA programs in Poland. We provide know-how that enables unconventional solutions to problems that occur in managing an enterprise.

The other MBA course at the Cracow Business School, the International MBA, was launched in 2006 and is categorized in the "professional" class. The partner in the program is the St. Gallen Business School.

Alongside the aforementioned partners in MBA programs, the Cracow Business School invites guest lecturers and works with business schools around the world, including:
- Grand Valley State University (United States)
- Suffolk University in Boston (United States)
- ESC Clermont Graduate School of Management (France)
- University of Johannesburg (South Africa)
- University of California (UCLA), Los Angeles (United States)
- Academy of Economics in Chisinau (Moldova)
- Banking University of the Central Bank of Ukraine in Kiev (Ukraine)

A significant event in the work of the Cracow Business School is the Nationwide MBA Congress, which has been held for six years. An MBA club, known as KSBalumniMBA.pl, was established in 2005 as an association of alumni of MBA programs. Its primary objective is providing access to the latest information on management and opportunities to establish direct contacts with leading practitioners in business.

We are confident that successes achieved by our students and alumni are the best testimony to the quality of the education we provide. We encourage students to build their professional careers on the solid foundations of the MBA courses at the Cracow School of Business.

Piotr Buła, Ph.D., Director of the Cracow Business School, Cracow University of Economics
Piotr Markiewicz, Ph.D., Director for MBA Programs for the Cracow Business School, Cracow University of Economics

Anna Matysek-Jędrych, Ph.D., Director of the Poznań-Atlanta MBA Program, Poznań University of Economics:
A high return on investment (ROI) is of fundamental importance for those enrolling on the Poznań-Atlanta MBA Program. Marking the 10th year of the Program, we carried out a detailed survey among graduates and students of our Program. The survey, supervised by Prof. Stanley Smits, yielded responses that point to a high and stable ROI indicator for this type of investment. Apart from the primary goal, which is boosting their professional careers, the students named other specific goals and motivations that prompted them to start MBA studies. In descending order, these are: developing the ability to analyze the way a business works; developing creative decision-making skills in the global, ethical and cultural contexts; developing efficient teamwork skills; and developing leadership skills.
