Dear Readers,
February 23, 2010
Article's tools:

I am pleased to bring you the latest issue of The Real Estate Voice. We are always happy to deliver news on Poland's real estate market to our readers, investors and developers, and so we have been thrilled to take part in the Poland Guest of Honor project at the MIPIM 2010 Fair.

I am convinced that the global economic crisis is now a thing of the past, and definitely so in Poland. This country has been receiving hundreds of millions of euros in EU funds and is the only EU member state with positive GDP growth. It will also be one of the hosts of the Euro 2012 soccer championships in 2012. With so many encouraging factors, why wait any longer? I am confident that this is the right time to start new projects in Poland. A growing number of investors are taking an interest in the commercial real estate market here and the first big transactions are being carried out. The financial markets are sending encouraging signals as well. Remember: who dares wins.

A year has just passed since downward trends on the Warsaw Stock Exchange reversed and those who had faith and invested consistently now have up to 70 percent more in their wallets. And this means that the Polish real estate market is bound to grow.
