Polish household inflation expectations increased in August with the 12M average forecast rate at 4.4% compared to 3.5% in July, data from the IPSOS polling agency published by the NBP central bank showed.

The forecast came as most of the surveyed population had last heard of the 4.3% inflation rate as announced for June.
