The Barciński Park II residential project in the central city of £ód¼ has won the Silver Drill award in the residential building category in the 14th Platinum Drill competition run by the Bosch company.

The award-winning project, which was completed in December 2008, is a complex of four buildings with a total floor space of 11,700 sq m and 106 luxury apartments ranging from 46 sq m to 118 sq m.
