State industrial development agency ARP could debut on the stock exchange next year as Poland wants to transform the agency specialized in restructuring troubled firms into an entity supporting development projects, including new technologies, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna reports citing own findings and Treasury Ministry.

The agency should meet criteria of a public company by the end of 2013, Treasury Ministry spokesperson Magdalena Kobos told the daily. ARP's assets amount to PLN 5 billion.
