Judge Beata Najjar reads out the verdict
Poland's judiciary system suffered a major blow after several gangsters from the so-called Pruszkow mafia were cleared of their charges after a six-year long process and will be released from their arrest.

Only two of the most dangerous gangsters, Andrzej Z. "Slowik" and Zygmunt R. "Bolo" will remain under arrest as they are suspects in other investigations and trials.

The judge in the trial pointed out that the prosecutor's case was based solely on the testimony of crown witnesses unsupported by evidence.

Also tax offices working for the state prosecution failed to point out any wrongdoings by the gangsters.
