Gov't party PO's support slides to 31% in September

Poland's ruling party Civic Platform (PO) saw its voter support fall by 5 pps to 31% in September, while the main opposition party Law and Justice (PiS) recorded a 1 ppt gain month on month and achieved 23% support, the latest survey from the CBOS institute shows.

New leftist liberal party The Palikot Movement, established by former PO MP Janusz Palikot, saw its voter support drop 1 ppt to 4%. Support for left-wing Democratic Left Alliance (SLD) held stable at 8%.

Junior coalition partner Polish People’s Party (PSL) lost 1 ppt to 5%.
