PKN Orlen files for regulatory consent to take over Petrolot

Fuel firm PKN Orlen filed for antitrust watchdog UOKiK approval to take over full control of jet fuel provider Petrolot, UOKiK said on its website.

PKN currently holds 51%, while Polish flag airline LOT holds 49% in the firm. LOT has previously said it intends to sell its stake in Petrolot.
