Builders oppose planned changes in public procurement law

Construction sector wants to block amendments to the public procurement law recently voted by the lower chamber as the changes made could stifle investments in the sector, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna writes, citing sector officials.

New regulations allow the investor to exclude from tenders for three years a contractor who was obliged to pay a contractual fine above 5% of the contract's value, the daily writes.
