As of January 15, 2012 an application which turns a mobile phone into a payment tool will be available to everyone, not only the clients of the bank, the daily writes.

If someone has an account with PKO BP then the program loaded onto the phone will be integrated with his current account. For others it will serve as a kind of virtual wallet or a prepaid card to be fed with money transfers.
