Bronislaw Komorowski
Poland's President Bronislaw Komorowski hopes to find parliamentary support for the bill on modernizing the military and for the perspective of a modern anti-missile defense system, Komorowski told the daily Rzeczpospolita.

The President wants to use the fact of being commander in chief and finish the plan of a technical modernization of the army.

The modernization would also encompass a reform of the command system, as a smaller army needs a simpler and smaller command structures, Komorowski said.
