Adgar Postępu Sp. z o.o., the company which owns the Adgar office complex in Warsaw's Mokotów district, has rented out office space to pharmaceutical company Pfizer Polska. Pfizer will occupy the most space of all tenants in the Adgar Plaza buildings at the complex.

The complex consists of the 11,600 sq m Adgar Business Centre building and two newly constructed 10-story A-class office buildings, Adgar Plaza A and Adgar Plaza B, with a total space of 27,000 sq m. The three buildings have a total rentable space of almost 39,000 sq m.
