Europolis Rents Out 11,000 sq m

Europolis Real Estate Asset Management rented out more than 11,000 sq m in its office buildings in Warsaw in the first half of the year.

Global consulting company Accenture, law firm Linklaters and developer Volumetric extended their contracts for office space in the Warsaw Towers building. A new tenant, tax consultants Ożóg i Wspólnicy, moved into the building in May, occupying 530 sq m.

A new tenant has also moved into the Sienna Center. Spanish engineering company Sener rented 850 sq m in the building. Meanwhile, Combidata Poland Sp. z o.o. extended its rental contract.

Law firm DeBenedetti Majewski Szcześniak decided to extend its contract for office space rental and to rent more space in the Saski Crescent building. Financial services company Erste Securities Polska also extended its rental contract, as did real estate services company Jones Lang LaSalle. Microstrategy Poland Sp. z o.o. rented more office space in the building.
