Polonia Property Funds, which owns the Fashion House Outlet Centers in the cities of Sosnowiec, Gdańsk and Piaseczno outside Warsaw, has signed three rental contracts for retail space at the Piaseczno facility with R&D Poland.

R&D Poland distributes clothes and accessories for luxury Italian brands such as Armani Jeans, Belstaff, Calvin Klein Jeans, Francesco Biasia, Furla, Guess, Guess Accessories, Guess by Marciano, ICE Iceberg, Lilla Moda, Patrizia Pepe, Pinko, RED Valentino, Richmond, Versus Versace, Liu Jo and TRU Trussardi.

R&D Poland will open three stores at the Fashion House Outlet Centre in Piaseczno in the fall. The largest will be a Lilla store of over 400 sq m. The second store, Trussardi Jeans, will occupy 175 sq m and the third, Pinko, will occupy 73 sq m.

The Fashion House Outlet Centre in Piaseczno has a total rentable area of 17,000 sq m. It has 120 stores and has parking spaces for 1,200 cars.
