Keen Property Partners Retail (KPP) Retail, the developer of the Galeria Victoria shopping and entertainment center in the southern city of Wa³brzych, Lower Silesia, has rented retail space to Agata Meble. The popular Polish chain of furniture stores will occupy 4,600 sq m in Galeria Victoria.

The two-story shopping complex will have more than 43,000 sq m of retail space, with an Intermarché Super supermarket, around 180 stores with well-known clothing brands, a Media Markt store with consumer electronics, numerous service outlets, a Cinema City multiplex with seven screens, restaurants, eateries and cafes. A total of 1,390 underground and aboveground parking spaces will be built.

The construction of Galeria Victoria started in February 2009. It is scheduled to open in October.
