Lavard, a Polish men's clothing brand, will open a boutique at the Fashion House Outlet Centre in the southern city of Sosnowiec, Silesia province. The company has rented 258 sq m of space from Polonia Property Funds, the owner of the facility.

The Fashion House Outlet Centre in Sosnowiec has a rentable space of 17,000 sq m. It has 100 stores and a parking garage for 1,200 cars.
